Everybody's talking about China's favourite hurdler, Liu Xiang. It was unexpected that he pulled out from the Olympics. He's like my favourite hurdler la!!! And now, he did not show what he has during the games. Well, there's always next time... "So many people have been worried and caring about me. I feel sorry. I could do nothing but pull out of the race," he told Chinese state broadcaster CCTV, describing the pain from a foot injury that forced him out as "unbearable".
"I didn't feel right when I was warming up before the race. I knew my foot would fail me," added Liu, but he pledged to be back.
"I am not that type of person. I never quit easily. I believe I will come back."
